2. Approval of Design: Before proceeding with the production of the custom garment, we require the customer's approval of the design, including fabric choices, colors, and any other customization details. Once the design is approved, changes cannot be made.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable: Since each item is uniquely made for the customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
4. Manufacturing Defects: In the event that a manufacturing defect or error occurs, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and, if deemed valid, offer a replacement or repair.
5. Care Instructions: We provide care instructions with each custom garment to ensure its longevity and quality. Failure to follow these instructions may void any warranty or claim.
6. Cancellation Policy: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If a cancellation request is made before production starts, a cancellation fee may apply.
7. Communication and Documentation: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate contact information and communicate any concerns or issues promptly. We recommend keeping all documentation, including order confirmation and design approvals, for future reference.
